The ID.4 cockpit is clearly structured: a touch display with a diagonal size of up to 12 inches, and featuring natural voice control. The ID.Light also comes as standard. Optional features include an augmented reality head-up display, which merges the display content into the vehicle's actual surroundings.

Additional equipment and accessories (additional components, tyre formats, etc.) can alter relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics, affecting the vehicle's fuel consumption, power consumption, CO2 emissions and driving performance values in addition to weather and traffic conditions and individual driving behavior.
