An avant-garde model for the business class. This Gran Turismo makes a design statement. The Arteon R is the most recent member of the Volkswagen R family, arriving in spring 2021. Delivering power of 235 kW (320 PS), it is the crowning jewel in Volkswagen’s elegant luxury model series. The electronic adaptive chassis control (DCC), the electronic front differential lock XDS, progressive steering and R-Performance Torque Vectoring create incredible driving dynamics. The four-cylinder turbocharged engine accelerates the Arteon R from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and up to a top speed of 250 km/h. The top speed can optionally be increased to 270 km/h.

The Arteon R strikes a perfectly synchronised balance between dynamic strength and elegance. The Race driving mode switches the engine, running gear, steering and gearbox to maximum dynamics – transforming the luxurious Arteon R into a sports car that is ready for the race track. Chrome-plated mirror covers, distinctive sporty front bumper and distinct front air intakes, as well as an R-specific radiator grille in high-gloss black and blue brake calipers: The Arteon R also flaunts it superior power on a visual level. The R-specific features for the vehicle interior include blue stitching, which can be found on the seats, DSG gear knob and multifunction sports steering wheel.
