A tradition of success.
The first Golf Variant was launched in 1992, and since then Volkswagen has sold more than three million units of its estate. The current Golf Variant is a good 4.60 metres long and offers a generous luggage compartment capacity of 1,642 litres when the rear seat backrests are folded down. Its eye-catching design clearly underlines its character: it is sporty, practical and progressive, and the operating concept is almost completely digitalised. A wide range of drive systems are available, including diesel, petrol and mild hybrid powertrains. Volkswagen also offers the Golf Variant as an Alltrack model. This vehicle ensures that its passengers reach their destination even on difficult terrain thanks to features such as all-wheel drive, increased ground clearance, underbody protection and a 147 kW (200 PS) TDI engine.
